Allen is an absolutely amazing personal trainer!
I’ve been training with Allen for a couple years now and he has helped me lose 40 pounds. When I started I had knee and back pain so I wasn’t sure how much I could do. Allen modified exercises to make sure I wouldn’t get hurt. Since then he has not only helped me lose weight but also made me so much stronger that I no longer have knee or back pain.
I have trained with Allen both in person and online. He is always very attentive and motivating. He is very experienced and knowledgeable in all areas of physical fitness.
His stories and conversations make the work outs fly by. Working out with him is more like working out with a friend.
