Morning Moves to Jumpstart Your Day

Programs designed with purpose. Sessions built for you

Starting your day with movement doesn’t just wake up your muscles—it sets the tone for energy, focus, and positivity. You don’t need weights or special equipment. Just 5–10 minutes of light exercise at home can get your blood flowing and prepare your body (and mind) for the day ahead.

Exercises (3–4 moves):

  1. March in Place: Stand tall, lift knees one at a time, swing arms. Great way to get circulation going.
  2. Standing Side Stretches: Reach one arm overhead and lean gently to the side. Loosens tight muscles after sleep.
  3. Arm Swings: Swing arms forward and back to open chest and shoulders. Increases upper body mobility.
  4. Standing Calf Raises: Rise up onto toes, hold 2-3 seconds, then lower. Activates calves and improves balance.
